Privacy & Returns


If you ever choose to contact us in any way (phone, email, text, social media, etc) and you share any personal information in the process we will not use it for marketing purposes, or share it with any third parties. The only records we keep are the contents of our correspondence, and that’s only so we can remember what we talked about, should you decide to contact us again at a later date. You won't hear from us unless we hear from you.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


All returns must be postmarked within three (3) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.


To return an item, please email customer service at milaurebodycare@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

     ●     Your appointed time blocks others from booking and is specifically for YOU. Your appointment will be canceled and deposit forfeited if you are more than 15 mins late. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless we see reason to do otherwise, but are transferable to another date if changes being made are within 24 hours of scheduled appointment. SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS FORFEIT DEPOSIT Any first no call, no show will be 50% charge of service(s). That allotted time could have potentially been for another client, therefore you will not be able to rebook until balance has been paid. Appointments that are canceled/rescheduled less than 24 hours of scheduled service(s) will be a 50% charge. After any of the policies up above has been violated once, we reserve the right to charge 50% for every cancellation/reschedule and 100% for no shows of the services(s) initially booked to the credit card on file. If you the dispute the charges, unfortunately you will be banned from rebooking in the future. Sick clients please consider rescheduling 24 hours prior to your appointment to help prevent the spreading of illnesses.
